Coverage
- Lifetime on dry parts — mechanical, non-consumable parts that do not touch water.
- 5 years on the valve and media, for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- 1 year on labor and RO.
Salt, filters, and other scheduled consumables are not dry parts.
What this does not cover
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
- Flooding, freezing, or other acts of nature
- Water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes
- Failure to operate and maintain the system as instructed after start-up
Replacement parts or service under this warranty do not extend or reset the original period.

Call or text 502-658-6320. Give the job address, what failed, and proof of purchase plus installation notes. Service is by an Alderstone-assigned technician.
