What we collect
We do not have customer accounts or a login.
If you use the quote form, we receive the fields you type: name, phone, email, ZIP, how you found us (source), and what you are concerned about. The form is emailed to hello@alderstonewater.com so we can call or email you back.
If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can respond.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We have not added a separate advertising or analytics tracker. Cloudflare may process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to run and protect the site.
How we use it
We use this information to answer quote requests, schedule a consult, and run the business. We do not sell your information.
We may share it with a service we use to run email or the website, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact records as long as we need them to follow up or keep ordinary business records, then delete or archive them.

Email hello@alderstonewater.com or call 502-658-6320 to ask what we have, or to ask us to correct or delete a quote request.
Children
This site is for homeowners and adults asking about water treatment. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Warranty and prices
Warranty terms, if any, are only on our Warranty page. This Privacy Policy does not add coverage. We do not publish equipment prices on this site.

If we change this page, we will update it here.
